I completed my vet school in 2022 from Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU), India. Shortly after graduating, I moved to Canada to pursue my passion for animal care and went through the rigorous process of licensing. I am committed to providing compassionate, personalized care to all my patients.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, cooking, and enjoying quality time with friends.
Growing up in the GTA in a family that deeply valued animals, a career in veterinary medicine always felt like a natural path. In 2015, I followed that passion to India, where I earned my veterinary degree from GADVASU (Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University) in 2020.
For the past four years, I’ve been practicing in Mississauga, working across a broad range of cases and continuing to grow as a clinician. I’m dedicated to providing thoughtful, compassionate care in a calm and supportive setting.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors with friends, discovering new cities, and exploring diverse cuisines—anything that keeps me curious and connected beyond the exam room.
I have always had a love for animals, and knew from an early age that I wanted to pursue my passion of caring for them. I started my career in the veterinary industry in 2006 as a receptionist at a small animal practice. In 2009, I obtained my Animal Care certificate from Sheridan College, and graduated from the Veterinary Technician program a few years later. I have been registered with the OAVT since 2013.
In my spare time, I enjoy catching up on my favorite TV shows, and spending time with my family. I share my home with my husband, two daughters, three cats, and hamster.”
From volunteering at dog rescues as a teenager, to working with wildlife and finding my love for small animal medicine; I’m currently in the final semester of my veterinary technician associates degree and hope to become an RVT very soon. I have a passion for surgery and veterinary neurology, as well as an interest developing my knowledge about canine physiotherapy.
Having worked in referral and emergency medicine for many years, I’m committed to a high standard of patient care and love building lasting relationships with clients.
Outside of work I love travelling, reading and spending time with my dog Maddy.
